What happens when you delete your account?

• Your profile and personal information will be permanently removed
• All job applications submitted through our platform will be deleted
• Your resume and uploaded documents will be permanently deleted
• You will be unsubscribed from all notifications and emails
• Any unwithdrawn Refer & Earn balance is forfeited — withdraw eligible rewards first
• Your account cannot be recovered after deletion

Some records (payment, referral and tax records) are retained for longer where required by law. See our Privacy Policy for full retention periods.

Before you delete your account

Consider these alternatives:

• Deactivate temporarily: You can deactivate your account instead of deleting it
• Update preferences: Adjust your notification and privacy settings
• Contact support: We're here to help resolve any issues you might have
